Dear Box Holder
New restrictions at Coopers Field require that only essential vehicles can enter the park at specific times and at one point only. For the Polo event on Sunday the 19th Sept, caterers vehicle (one only) must enter the park from North Rd at the new vehicle gated entrance opposite Corbet Rd.
The entrance will be signed POLO Vehicle Entrance and will be the only entry/exit point to Coopers Field.Entry will be through a manned barrier and catering must be delivered directly to the rear of the box between 9am-11am, with all vehicles clear by 12noon.

For all car parking and drop off please use North Rd (pay) car park and walk to Coopers Field through gates as signed, or at designated (pay) car park in Sophia gardens, walk over the Taff footbridge and enter Coopers Field at the Castle end.
