HOSPITALITY PAVILION - SELF CATERING - CLUB BOXES
HOSPITALITY PAVILION - Coopers Field
We are once again providing 30 Hospitality Tables of 10 within a decorated Hospitality Marquee with its own private enclosure located on the centre line of the Polo Ground. We shall be providing a Prosecco Cocktail Reception at 12 noon to be followed at 1pm with 3 course lunch served at your table with four complimentary wines and bottled water.You will watch the game commencing at 3:15pm within the Hospitality Enclosure and return to your table at approx 5pm to be entertained with live music and DJ until close at 9pm
We have retained the price as last year at £850 for a table of 10, we can increase the table to 12 if required at an additional cost of 2x £85 =£170.

SELF CATERING BOXES
We are providing 30 Type A self catering boxes for 24 persons split15/15 east and west of the Hospitality Enclosure numbered E1-15 and W1-15. Each covered box to measure 3m wide x 9m deep with an open private enclosure 3m x 6m directly onto the polo ground. Car parking will be free of charge and directly behind your box (unlimited). Boxes can be sold in multiples with partitions removed.
We have retained the price, as last year, at £840 per box, with extra places at £35pp to a max of 6. Extra for flooring £110 per box
We are providing 20 Type B self catering boxes for 12 persons split 10/10 east and west of the Hospitality Enclosure numbered E16-25 and W16-25. Each covered box to measure 3m wide x 6m deep with an open private enclosure 3m x 6m directly onto the polo ground. Car parking will be free of charge and directly behind your box (unlimited). Boxes can be sold in multiples with partitions removed.

PURCHASE COOPERS FIELD CLUB BOX TICKETS
We will be providing a Club Box, for smaller groups of 2,4, and 6,self catering on individual tables and chairs. The Club Box will be situated close to the main Hospitality Enclosure with its own private enclosure, Food and Drinks can be supplied directly to your reserved table, if required, (see Ty Hafan "Deli" Hampers) with access to Bar facilities and free entry to the post match party.
Tickets are priced at £40pp

Condition of sale :-
All ticket holders must assume all risks and danger incidental to this event, including the risk of being struck by a polo ball or horse and releases the promotors, The St Davids Polo and Racing Club Ltd, event sponsors,participating players and all agents thereof from any and all liabilities arising out of such cases.
All spectators must remain behind the designated safety area clearly marked by a white line, 10m from the boards, during play and obey the instructions of the safety stewards.
Tickets are not refundable if cancellation of play is caused by heavy rain, rendering the surface unsafe for players and horses.The decision will be made collectively by the umpire and players.
