HOSPITALITY PAVILION (Fonmon Castle)
We are introducing a Mediterranean theme to our lunch this year to add to the Dolce Vita, supplied by award winning caterers ej Catering of Cardiff. Free range chicken saltimbocca with lemon dressing, seared Scottish salmon and tiger prawn on baby spinach with watercress mayonnaise will be served at your table with a superb arrangement of Mediterranean vegetables and salads for you to choose at the table.
Breads, olives and oils will be placed on each table for your enjoyment when you arrive at your reserved table.
12noon - Prosecco reception
1-00 pm -A Mediterranean style Lunch with 4 bottles of Proscecco and table water to each table
3-00 pm - WALES vs ITALY View match and presentation from the private Hospitality Enclosure, part seating,
4-15pm - Presentation
5-00pm - Post match party featuring tribute band "Abba World"
9.00pm Close All vehicles to be off site by 10.00pm
Table of 10 £850 (eight hundred and fifty pounds) all inclusive can be extended to 12 pro-rata
NB The table will be exclusively yours from 1-00pm - 8pm and will be cordoned off from the central dance area during the post match party
A licenced cash bar will be available all day within the Pavilion
A NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF £100 IS REQUIRED WITH RESERVATION Final Payment before 1st May 2010
