HOSPITALITY PAVILION
This year we are changing the Hospitality Marquee Lunch by introducing a Mediterranean themed Buffet, instead of our usual fixed menu service lunch. This will give guests a much requested choice of food to include fish, chicken, meats and pasta served from two stations. Tables will be called individually to avoid queuing and will include a main course and sweet selection.
Breads, olives and oils will be placed on each table for your enjoyment when you arrive at your reserved table.
12noon - Bellini and Blini reception
1-00 pm -A Mediterranean style Buffet Lunch with 4 bottles of Proscecco and table water to each table
3-00 pm - WALES vs ITALY View match and presentation from the private Hospitality Enclosure, part seating,
4-15pm - Presentation
5-00pm - Post match party
8.00pm Close All vehicle to be off site by 9.00pm
Table of 10 £850 ( eight hundred and fifty pounds) all inclusive can be extended to 12 pro-rata
NB The table will be exclusively yours from 1-00pm - 8pm and will be cordoned off from the central dance area during the post match party
A licenced cash bar will be available all day within the Pavilion
A NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF £100 IS REQUIRED WITH RESERVATION Final Payment before 1st May 2010
