HOSPITALITY PAVILION (Monmouth Showground)
We are providing a three course lunch supplied by leading Chepstow caterer Simon Williams of One Call Caterer. Menu on request.
12noon - Prosecco reception
1-00 pm - A 3 course lunch with 4 bottles of selected wines and table water.
3-00 pm - WALES vs South America View match and presentation from the private Hospitality Enclosure, part seating
4-15pm - Presentation
5-00pm - Post match party featuring top UK tribute band "The Rolling Clones"
9.00pm Close All vehicles to be off site by 10.00pm
Table of 10 £850 (eight hundred and fifty pounds) all inclusive can be extended to 12 pro-rata
NB The table will be exclusively yours from 1-00pm - 9pm and will be cordoned off from the central dance area during the post match party
A licenced cash bar will be available all day within the Pavilion
