Polo Boxes
SELF CATERING
33 Private Boxes numbered 1-33 each measuring 3 mtrs wide x 6 mtrs deep will be erected along the length of the Polo Ground on the River Side of the Showring. Units are designed to accommodate 20 guests and can be purchased individually or in multiples of 3mtrs.
Access and parking will be to the rear of the Box and each Box will have its own private viewing enclosure at the front running to the Showring fence.
No music will be allowed to be played in the Box but all guests will be invited into the covered Hospitality area for the post match party and entertainment performed by top UK tribute band "The Rolling Clones" and DJ Rich and Famous until close at 9pm.
Each Box will have 20 individual chairs and 2 / 6ft serving tables
The Total price for all above is £700 including VAT and parking.

CLUB BOX
If you require to cater for a smaller party than above we are providing a CLUB BOX catering for parties of 2,4 and 6 in a shared marquee for 100 sited in a prime position, next to the Hospitality Enclosure. You will receive a luxury Lunch Box on arrival with a bottle of Proseco rose sparkling wine that you can enjoy at your reserved table, guests will enjoy viewing the match in a private enclosure with a licenced bar until 6pm. You are then invited to join the post match party.
For the sum of £60pp
A deposit of £100 is required to secure reservation of Polo Box - Balance by 1st August 2010
