Polo Boxes
SELF CATERING or LUNCH PROVIDED
Once again we will be offering two sizes of self catering boxes but we will be only selling as PRIVATE BOXES.We are strictly limiting the number of occupants to 24 (Type A) and 12 (Type B) respectively. No music or amplified entertainment will be allowed within the boxes but all guests with "Box Holder" badges will be allowed into the bar area and onto the dance floor for the post-match party within the Hospitality Marquee. Tables within the Hospitality marquee are secured by "HOSPITALITY" guests only until close
Type A Box 9mx3m for 24 guests including 3 trestle tables and 24 Miami Chairs £840inc ie £35pp
Type B Box 6mx3m for 12 guests including 2 trestle tables and 12 Miami Chairs £420inc ie £35pp
Please allow us to take care of your catering requirements:-
A luxury Medditeranean finger style lunch box ( details on request) for each of your guests including a bottle of Procecco rose wine for £20pp.The boxes will be delivered fresh from a refrigerated vehicle to your POLO BOX on your arrival at 1.0pm We can also supply additional cold wine and beers on ice within your box, supplied by an on siteLicenced Bar. Wine from £10per bottle
An attendant will clear each Polo Box of Lunch Box containers after the Match, this will help us control waste management.No glass allowed on site other than Wine Bottles
CLUB BOX
If you require to cater for a smaller party than above we are providing a CLUB BOX catering for parties of 2,4 and 6 in a shared marquee for 100 sited in a prime position, next to the Hospitality Enclosure. You will receive a luxury Lunch Box on arrival with a bottle of Proseco rose sparkling wine that you can enjoy at your reserved table, guests will enjoy viewing the match in a private enclosure with a licenced bar until 6pm. You are then invited to join the post match party.
For the sum of £60pp
A deposit of £100 is required to secure reservation of Type A or Type B polo Box - Balance by 1st May 2010
